Every computer has "cache settings" that can present outdated information if not cleared regularly. Clearing your cache will allow fresh data to be sent to us, (and help you on many sites too).
To clear your cache:
Tools menu, select Internet
Options... .
General tab.
Browsing history, click Delete... .
Delete
files... .
Close, and then click OK to exit.
From the Tools menu, select Clear Private Data,
and then check Cache, Cookies and Offline Web Pages. Click Clear Private Data Now.
Safari menu, select
Empty Cache... .
Empty to confirm that you want to
empty the cache.
Tools menu, select Clear Private Data.
Cache is checked, and then click Clear
Private Data Now.
